Educators
We gladly accept inquiries for teaching positions at the Annandale, VA campus program.
Some Redemptive Educators hold formal degrees in education, while others come from backgrounds in science, humanities, math, art and other disciplines. Most importantly, our teachers transmit their own love of learning and commitment to biblical truth to our students.
We will equip you for the uniqueness of Redemptive Education through our professional development certification program.
A proven, flexible Redemptive Education curriculum guides you through each day, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday., 9 am to 3 pm for K-8th and 9 am - 12 pm for ages 4-6.

Canopy teacher
Grades 9-12
Our innovative Canopy program for 9th-12th graders provides students with opportunities for initiative and industry. Canopy features an integral curriculum that merges traditionally siloed subjects (e.g., English, science, history, etc.,) into a more holistic and experiential study across disciplines.
Candidates to teach in this program should be broadly educated themselves, demonstrating a love of learning and desire to explore a breadth of topics.
Teachers will guide students through projects, including entrepreneurial ventures, with the aim of maximizing student initiative while providing sufficient structure and accountability to keep students on track to success.
You will receive Redemptive Education certification training and professional mentoring, and a curriculum will help you guide students through the academic year.
Lunch, recess and office volunteers
Enrolled families are encouraged to serve as lunch, recess and office volunteers. This gives you a chance to get to know your children's friends and also helps keep tuition costs low and tuition assistance high.
